General Manager
Chip supervises the overall operation of Water Treatment & Controls. He started as an inside sales representative in 1990 and has knowledge of all facets of our business from the quote state through installation and billing.
Barbara Birgel
Inside Sales Representative
Barbara joined Water Treatment & Controls in 2010 as a seasoned customer service representative. She provides customer care and performs critically important tasks such as accounts receivable, purchasing, new account, and project management.

Sales/Application Engineer & Project Manager
Mike joined Water Treatment & Controls with over 38 years of industry experience. He specializes in sales, application engineering, and project management, providing pre- and post-sales support, installation, and preventative maintenance for all types of chemical feed equipment.
Inside Sale Representative
Tina joined Water Treatment & Controls in 2009 as the receptionist and accounts payable clerk and quickly progressed to inside sales representative. She fulfills a valuable position, taking care of our customer’s needs as well as accounts payable, purchasing, project management, and human resource duties.
